A Contra Dance Party!
2nd Saturdays at the Guiding Star Grange in Greenfield, MA is home to the long-running TopHill Music dance series.
8pm-11pm (7:40pm introductory lesson)

| Admission | |
| $15 – $25 general, $12 with student ID. Cash and Venmo accepted. | |
| First-time dancers | |
| We highly encourage you to arrive for the 7:40 introductory lesson. No need to bring a partner. Dancers typically change partners between dances. | |
| What to bring | |
| Bring clean, smooth, soft-soled dance shoes to help protect the floor. Bring a water bottle and a fresh shirt in hot weather. | |
| Role terms etc. | |
| Larks and Robins role terms are always used. Anyone can dance with anyone! 🙂 We encourage discussing role terms and physical preferences with your partner before dancing. | |
| Community Code of Conduct | |
| We want our dance to be fun, inclusive, and consent-based. We use the Friends of Greenfield Dance Guidelines alongside our TopHill action plan. We introduce our support team and announce our code of conduct at every dance. | |

| We’re a team of folks who love a dance party! Kathie Brown is a longtime dancer and co-organizer for TopHill. Alice Kenney co-founded the series and can be found keeping things running in the background. Stuart Kenney has been co-organizing (and often playing at) the TopHill Contra Dance at the Guiding Star Grange in Greenfield for decades. |
